Different levels of management will require different skill sets and we can now try to identify where you are positioned and what skills development is required.

There are basically 4 levels of management in business.

  • Junior or Lower Management
  • Middle Management
  • Senior Management
  • Executive Level

Junior or Lower management will include team leaders, supervisors, or any other person at the workplace that has 1 or more persons reporting to them.

Although you will need most of the skills that other levels will also require the intensity and application will be different.

At this stage, you will be developing your interpersonal, time management, and teamwork dynamics. This is to ensure the effective running of work teams and the focus will be more on achieving the goals and objectives of the organization.
